As Director of International Eco-tour Programs for the marine conservation non-profit, Oceanic Society, Wayne works to develop initiatives that combine species conservation research, transformational travel, and outreach, to support and motivate directed conservation actions from local communities. Since 2002 Wayne has been an instructor for undergraduate field programs in Kenya focused on human-wildlife conflict and the use of art and social media to interpret environmental problems to a global audience. In 2013 Wayne completed his Master’s degree at Harvard University Extension School in Sustainability and Environmental Management.
