Mark Fregeau

Mark Fregeau is a Professor of Biology at Salem State University and Coordinator of the Salem State Cat Cove Marine Lab. Mark is an Eagle Scout and past Scoutmaster. He has conducted Oceanography Merit Badge workshops for a number of years.
